Founded by Dr. Philip Cheng and Norman Cheng to promote helmet safety in 1991. Strategic Sports has grown from a simple assembly operation to become a

completely vertically integrated manufacturer.

As Chinese - Americans, Dr. Cheng and Norman bridge the different cultures, to bring American and management to Chinese manufacturing.

conduct stringent development testing, but also batch testing, to ensure that each production run meets and exceeds required standards. Product safety
